- The Mountain Park Environmental Center is the Pueblo area's newest
nature center, located in the beautiful Pueblo
Mountain Park in Beulah. We offer a variety of educational and
recreational programming throughout the year for all folks, from kids to
grandparents. Guided hikes, workshops and lectures, school programs,
corporate retreats, day-camps, show-shoeing, cross country skiing and so
much more are all offered through the Center, a non-profit 501c3 educational
